Staff are ontime, and professiona. Carpet is clean when finished. There are no strong chemical smells that fill your house while they are cleaning.

The Zero Rez tech was excellent. She walked me through the available services and used her moisture gauge to go through each room I wanted cleaned. I decided to get the extraction services done in 2 areas and the tech asked if I wanted to watch the process so I could see what I was getting for my money. My house smelled fresh and the carpets looked amazing.

The carpet is now clean, smells new and was done in short order. I can not say enough about Aaron, this young man was a pleasure to meet. He not only went above and beyond to clean and inform us of what he was doing, he was good conversation polite and down to earth.

The two techs who came (one in training) were wonderfully respectful - explaining what needed to be done for the best result and working with me on the price. The work was amazing. I told them ahead of time I didn’t expect a miracle because the carpets were probably 10 years old and being replaced soon. They literally preformed a miracle! I’m so happy with it and I can’t recommend Zerorez enough.

Personnel very easy to talk to and efficient

The job was for a vacant condo unit that had been a rental for 8 years. The technician looked it over and listened to my needs and wants. Left him to do his work and when I returned the place looked really good. He did a really good job.
