Kwame was a total professional. Arrived within the time window, introduced himself, and was wearing a mask which I greatly appreciated. He did a walk through validating the service I requested and did not try and sell me on additional services needed nor wanted. He was here to deliver a service and did just that. My carpet was well cleaned with follow up instructions provided. I will use over and over again instead of wasting my time with other cleaners who lure you with low pricing and upon arrival you find out that there are undisclosed costs. Thanks Zerorez! If not satisfied, will return within 30 days to address a problem spot with no charge.Service tech Michael was on time, friendly, efficient, worked hard on steps, Knowledgeable about carpets and types of cleaning.Have used Zerorez numerous times and extremely happy with them.

Very knowledgeable technician. Very prompt and professional. Took care to not dent/mark up my walls (brought protective wall corner shields so when he pulled the cleaning hose upstairs to clean the second floor carpets nothing would be damaged). Carpets looked great after my clean. This was my second time using them. I'll continue to use them for my annual carpet cleaning. I have a cat and the cleaning removed all the stains from when my cats throws up her food when she eats too fast. Would highly recommend for carpet cleaning. Good Covid-19 protection as well. Technician made sure he had a mask on (as did I during the clean) the entire time he was in my home.

The technician that recently cleaned my carpet did an amazing job. We had a spot that we thought could not get out. He was able to get the spot out and now the carpet in the room looks absolutely amazing!
