I like Zerorez mainly because they always do a great job and make sure the customer is completely satisfied.

My carpet had some urine stains from my puppy. The Zerorez employee was able to show me even more stains when he used a special light. Carpets came out beautifully and I am planning to use Zerorez to clean the tile floor in my kitchen.

I liked a number of things: pricing, professionalism, communication, and my carpet looks brand new. I have no idea how old it really is. I moved in over 9 years ago and it was here when I moved in. This is the first time I’ve ever had it cleaned. I have already recommended Zerorez to a couple neighbors and friends. I’m very happy with their service and will use them again.

The visit was to clean my air vents and dryer duct. The technician Ian, was on time, efficient and very professional. He also represented Zerorez well with wear of uniform .

We thought that the service man who completed the re-service at 140 Bertram Drive, Clayton, NC and also the service at 6147 Vicky Drive Raleigh, NC did an excellent job. However, the original service man at 140 Bertram seemed to rush the job and left dirty areas.

Well I waited to respond in order to actually see if certain spots on the carpet would resurface...they did not. I rent and the carpet wasn’t new when I moved in. So I’m thankful and the experience was what I’ve heard it to be...awesome. The cleaning solution wasn’t strong and actually pleasant smelling. Ali was very polite and extremely professional. He introduced himself, had on all the protective equipment, and practiced social distancing. He explained the entire process prior to starting which I appreciated...no monetary surprises/up-charges. I would recommend Ali and Zerorez to my family and friends.
