The gentleman who came to clean my carpets was wonderful, polite and personable. I was called the day of the service with an update on arrival time. He arrived on time and went right to work. Walking me through to point out any areas of concern. I will use this service again and request the same technician.
My experience was wonderful! The technician that came to clean our carpet was extremely professional and performed the job efficiently cleaning 6 rooms, a hallway and 13 stairs in about 2 hours.
