Whereas I am always pleased with the quality of carpet cleaning, I was disappointed to see marks on my walls from the blue corrugated hose used for extraction. Up and down my walls are blue marks that are fresh, as I just painted them last week! The hard plastic rubs off the paint on the woodwork, too. The technician was very kind, professional, and hard-working; this isn't a complaint against him. I just think that the hose damages home surfaces and when paying a premium price for Zerorez, I shouldn't have to go back and repaint my home afterward.

We had our ceramic tile flooring cleaned in our kitchen. Chad and Darian did a great job! Very detailed and was able to get grout and floor cleaned which has been difficult to do with simple mopping over a period of time. I would definitely recommend these 2 gentlemen to come in and do the work.
