Ray was polite, well-spoken and called 20 minutes before his arrival. He spent a good amount of time cleaning the carpets and I felt that he was very thorough. Great job on the technician end of the appt. Scheduling was easy on-line and I received a call a few dats later to confirm the appt. Overall, great experience.

Lots of stains remain. We paid extra for biohazard cleaning for our toddlers room, and still seems heavily of urine. We cant public our house on the market looking like this. Please help.
