The worker who provided the service was very polite and early! He finished and went over the tips to achieve optimal results. The only thing I wish he would've done would be to give a handout with those tips because I had trouble remembering how long to keep furniture off the carpet, etc.

My service was great! Our living room and stairs look so good and our tech was very informative and answered all our questions.

I would recommend Zerorez with this lady that performed our services on Sept. 25th to everyone. She did a superb job! She kept safety of our elderly residents in mind while performing her work. She was very thorough in her work and a great person to work with.

The lady technician that performed our service on Sept. 25th was great. She worked diligently on the stained areas of the carpet and made them beautiful again. I would recommend her and Zerorez to everyone.
