Our service provider, Freddy, was prompt, friendly, professional and kept me informed each step of the way. He was able to remove, or at least lighten so no longer noticeable, older stains. Our carpets look almost new again. Freddy was easy to work with and I would have him come again whenever needed.
I liked that the gentleman was great and explained everything well. I like how the carpets look, for the most part.
The price is A LOT and having your men upsell when they get here is really crappy. The price should include everything when you schedule the appointment.
Overall the carpets look better than other folks so I would recommend but hope you take the constructive criticism above.

The guys cleaned out carpets really well..I like the water filtration system. When I was unsatisfied, he did it over until.i was satisfied. They were attentive to our needs.
We have a dog who was sick for a few days. She left stains on the carpets that we could not get out. We called Zerorez and they came and cleaned the carpets, excellent job! The product they used removed all stains! Needless to say we were very happy with the results. The service was wonderful, very nice employees.
