We thought that the service man who completed the re-service at 140 Bertram Drive, Clayton, NC and also the service at 6147 Vicky Drive Raleigh, NC did an excellent job. However, the original service man at 140 Bertram seemed to rush the job and left dirty areas.

Well I waited to respond in order to actually see if certain spots on the carpet would resurface...they did not. I rent and the carpet wasn’t new when I moved in. So I’m thankful and the experience was what I’ve heard it to be...awesome. The cleaning solution wasn’t strong and actually pleasant smelling. Ali was very polite and extremely professional. He introduced himself, had on all the protective equipment, and practiced social distancing. He explained the entire process prior to starting which I appreciated...no monetary surprises/up-charges. I would recommend Ali and Zerorez to my family and friends.

I used zerorez to clean my carpets. The young man doing the cleaning was very professional and would answer all my questions. His name was Markus.
