I would recommend Zerorez with this lady that performed our services on Sept. 25th to everyone. She did a superb job! She kept safety of our elderly residents in mind while performing her work. She was very thorough in her work and a great person to work with.

Your office staff is wonderful; unfailingly polite, genuinely NICE people to talk to. My technician was simply lovely (if I weren't at the point where I just can't remember people's names, I'd call him by name!); I'd enjoy getting to know him more. He was very thorough, very prompt, very polite and communicative, and very efficient (and the carpets look GREAT!). Yes, he upsold me on some services (that's his job, right?), but I honestly believe that every suggestion he made for service above and beyond basic shampooing was valid, and I was more than happy to have the extra services performed. I'll certainly call you folks next time the carpets need work. I have to give you all a TEN out of a potential TEN, since I can't rate you any higher -- I honestly can't think of any improvement, short of doing the work for free, that would have made this a better experience! And yes, please feel free to use my comments. When I find a company that makes me a happy consumer, I LOVE sharing the information with anyone listening/reading!
