Our cleaner was on time, worked great and quick.

Aaron was super polite and very thorough. We have a 4 month old and I was nervous having someone in my home with the pandemic. However, Aaron wore a mask and booties the entire time, maintained social distancing, and was very conscious of my worries. The rugs look great and he even went back over a coffee stain after I noticed it wasn't completely out. He did a great job and made me feel safe that he was taking all precautions. Thanks again!

the technician was very courteous and thorough . He did a great job. I was disappointed in the pricing policy for pet stains. it was charged per room even though some rooms only had a few spots. Felt it was too expensive.

I really appreciate the customer and the amazing cleaning. Although my carpet is not as dirty, I have a pet and blue light helped us to get a better understanding of stain we coudnt see due to our lovely pet. He did a fabolous job!!!!!

The diligence of your technicians. Willingness to go over an area where spot did not initially come up. Carpet cleaning was excellent. Carpet looks great. Fred was pleasant, courteous during his visit wearing a face mask and protecting wood floors, cautioning me about transitioning from carpet to prevent slipping until carpet was fully dry.

The representative who cleaned our carpet was very nice and explained our options. Overall he did a great job. We added some extra services and it cost double than what I was expecting to spend. I hope it was worth it but not sure.

The Techanican was on time. He and I discussed the complete job before he started. I had gotten a over the phone quote from his office. The rooms I needed cleaned was larger than their normal size so my quote was alittle more As I said we discussed the details so I knew what the cost was before he got any equipment out of his truck. Once he started he worked as professional as you would expect. Followed all the cdc guidelines for convid-19
