The two techs who came (one in training) were wonderfully respectful - explaining what needed to be done for the best result and working with me on the price. The work was amazing. I told them ahead of time I didn’t expect a miracle because the carpets were probably 10 years old and being replaced soon. They literally preformed a miracle! I’m so happy with it and I can’t recommend Zerorez enough.

The job was for a vacant condo unit that had been a rental for 8 years. The technician looked it over and listened to my needs and wants. Left him to do his work and when I returned the place looked really good. He did a really good job.

Freddy Cruz was our technician and I can't say enough glowing words about him. He was prompt -- he called to let us know he was 18 minutes away and arrived sooner than that. He was incredibly polite, and also had a great sense of humor. He was professional, thorough and experienced, and very careful with our furniture and carpets. The appointment was made easily and you were able to schedule us within just a week. We will most definitely recommend Zerorez to all our neighbors and we'll ask for Freddy when we need the rest of our upholstered furniture cleaned. Many thanks!
