Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had some cat stains and smells that were pretty bad. After spending a good 15 minutes troubleshooting and coming up with a gameplan, it was executed. I'd say 95% of the odor is gone, and that is huge!!

My carpet had some urine stains from my puppy. The Zerorez employee was able to show me even more stains when he used a special light. Carpets came out beautifully and I am planning to use Zerorez to clean the tile floor in my kitchen.

I liked a number of things: pricing, professionalism, communication, and my carpet looks brand new. I have no idea how old it really is. I moved in over 9 years ago and it was here when I moved in.
