It was easy making an appointment for my upholstery cleaning. Your service provider arrived on time and professionally explained how he would do the job. My sofa and loveseat looked great after he finished. I'll call back again for the upstairs carpets.

Price and people
The cleaner was professional and thorough in cleaning our home. Prior to cleaning we discussed the price and any options he felt might benefit our service. A final price was agreed to, $300 to clean everything I needed done. Well worth it. We have a cat and an older dog that has skin problems. 24hrs after the cleaning, the dog smell is gone and the carpet looks great and feels even better. I should have had this done a long time ago. For people who love pets but hate pet odor, I would recommend ZeroRez 110%! We couldn't have been happier with the service from our technician Quinton, now the carpet is so clean and the apartment smells great.

Zerorez has provided an excellent service over the years. The service attendant was very professional and detailed in cleaning the carpets.
The worker who provided the service was very polite and early! He finished and went over the tips to achieve optimal results. The only thing I wish he would've done would be to give a handout with those tips because I had trouble remembering how long to keep furniture off the carpet, etc.
