Well I waited to respond in order to actually see if certain spots on the carpet would resurface...they did not. I rent and the carpet wasn’t new when I moved in. So I’m thankful and the experience was what I’ve heard it to be...awesome. The cleaning solution wasn’t strong and actually pleasant smelling. Ali was very polite and extremely professional. He introduced himself, had on all the protective equipment, and practiced social distancing. He explained the entire process prior to starting which I appreciated...no monetary surprises/up-charges.
