The technician was prompted did his work in a timely fashion and removed all the dirt. The price was fair, as well!

Everything was perfect, this is the 4 or 5 time I've used Zerorez. We keep threating to replace the den carpet, then Zerorez shows up and we say, "ok next time". Thanks for helping us save the cost of new carpet.
