Ray was polite, well-spoken and called 20 minutes before his arrival. He spent a good amount of time cleaning the carpets and I felt that he was very thorough. Great job on the technician end of the appt. Scheduling was easy on-line and I received a call a few dats later to confirm the appt. Overall, great experience.
