I'm sorry but I hope I remember his name correctly but Justin was very nice and did a great job. He listened to my concerns beforehand and took care of them. The more water based cleaning method did a better job on my Berber carpet than the dry cleaning version I used with someone else. It was also not super wet like some and has dried quickly. Using your own water also seemed to make it less messy overall. Glad I called.

William was very nice and did a great job on the 3 pieces of furniture.
