The appointment was super easy to set up and confirm. The Zerorez employee arrived promptly and was very professional. They cleaned my light colored berber carpet that is over 20 years old and it looks brand new. I would highly recommend Zerorez!

It was very easy to book the appointment. As promised, I was given a call two days prior to confirm my "window" for cleaning (8:00 - 10:00). Joel called at 8:15 to say he was 20 minutes out from my house. Joel was courteous and very professional. He was in and out in about an hour (small rooms).

ZeroRez products and services are the highest quality. Every person that has come to my house to clean my carpets, furniture and air ducts have been very professional. They are thoroughly dedicated to making sure that everything is spotless and clean.

The service tech was polite, patient with my questions, and good at his job! The carpet looks awesome. Please give Raymond Z. a raise and extra dessert! And the trainee Johnny should be rewarded as well! The only suggestion was with the appointment taker - she said nothing about room size and one of my rooms was oversized. Raymond graciously accepted payment in the amount the appointment lady gave me.
