No strong chemicals, did a great job cleaning spots on carpets, dried quickly and friendly service. The only problem was the time frame.Told me one timeframe which worked out good for me and on the day of the appointment, someone called out sick and they had to move me to an inconvenient time and it got a little chaotic at my house because alot was going on at that particular time. The serviceman was very personable and friendly and helped navigate through the time frame problem.
