My house smells amazing and the carpets look brand new. The tile and grout were cleaned as well and look brand new (after being orange from dogs and kids). The man doing the cleaning was so nice, respectful, safe and did a very thorough job. I’ve texted my friends and family to call asap as I wish I would’ve done this sooner! Can’t get over how amazing everything looks.

The technicians are always knowledgeable, efficient, and do an excellent job. The actual carpet cleaning procedure is amazing. The dirt and stains it removes is remarkable, and it leaves my carpets looking clean and fresh again.

I love that you don’t use harsh chemicals to clean. The rep was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took care to ensure our walls/corners weren’t damaged. This might seem minor, but it’s the little things that meant a lot. We discussed all options and never felt pressured. We had a big job and Chad worked and hard to do a great job and never lost enthusiasm.

Easy to schedule, great follow up prior to the appointment and a courtesy call 30 minutes before. Professional and very nice and thorough tech. My first experience with Zerorez and I am very impressed!
