The carpet is like new again. Very easy to schedule online and the cleaner showed up in a timely manner with good communication. He let me know 30 min prior to arriving that he was on his way. He worked hard the whole time and had the entire house’s carpets cleaned quickly. Very impressed and couldn’t be happier with the results!

On Thursday, November 16th, I had the pleasure of meeting Steven. He called me to see if he could arrive earlier than anticipated. He had had a cancellation. I okayed his invitation. When he arrived, he introduced himself. He was smiling and pleasant. He explained his game plan- how he was going to prep the carpets, etc. He accepted my glass of ice-cold Pepsi and began his mission. He cleaned my bedroom, walk-in closet, one of the bedrooms and hallway upstairs. OMG! Even with the carpets completed I could tell that was a significant difference in appearance! My carpets looked better than they did when I moved-in 4 years ago! Steven with Zerorez rocks!

new after a Zerorez cleaning. I will not use anyone else. I have used quite a few and none

The producrs and services were great, but the technician was awesome. He answered my questions & as I've used zerorez before, this time it was a much better cleaning.

The technician, Statelyn, was so knowledgeable, courteous, and so professional. The deserves a raise.
