This is my second time using zerorez and they have done a great job once again our technician name was Joe great guy he called when he was on his way and actually arrived earlier than we expected which was great very curious and we had a specific plan for our cleaning so we could get furniture moved around while he was cleaning other rooms and gladly worked with us and got the job done in a timely fashion as I said great guy and hopefully we'll get him the next time we use zerorez thanks you guys for the awesome service you provide.

I know what Zerorez can do to bring carpet and flooring back to life so I made an appointment. Customer service was top notch, Vincent arrived perfectly, did an amazing job and knew the assignment. He stood behind his workmanship, was upfront on a few trouble areas and I truly believe he was just as impressed with being able to get them out of the carpet as we were. Nice and pleasant but mostly very polite. We would want Vincent on our future appointments. He worked his Magic❤👍💯

Our person was early and did an excellent job. The carpet was damp a little longer than expected. However, by morning it was dry and carpet is beautiful.

I had vent cleaning done this week- the technician was polite and knowledgeable. Advised that none of the second floor vents needed to be cleaned and did a very thorough job on the other floors. All price changes were discussed beforehand.

Our technician was great - very friendly and professional. Job completed quickly too! Our carpet had a good amount of stains - a lot of them came out, some didn’t but that’s understandable given the age of our carpet. It is much improved though and we appreciate our technicians hard work.
