After 3 months of a very sick dog I was ready to re-carpet. I scheduled Zerorez and they did a bio clean cannot believe they are the same carpets. Our Service Technician went over & above to do a fantastic job, and that he did. This is why I use Zerorez.

Due to the age of our carpet there were some stains that just would not come out. However, I am very pleased with the outcome. It is so much better than it was. The young man that came was very nice and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I cannot remember his name, but I know you have it in your records. I give him an A+ !
