Technicians are friendly, service doesn't take very long, the product smells good, and most importantly my carpet is clean! Technician gave suggestions on maintaining carpets between cleanings, too!

I enjoyed the entire process. The person that came to take care of our home was extremely professional and friendly. He was efficient and didn’t take an exhort amount of time, and the results were outstanding. In fact, I had two of my daughters go into a room, where smells were a problem before his treatment. I asked him what they smelled, and they said I don’t smell anything. It’s gone. I would absolutely use you again.

It was easy to arrange for someone to out and clean our carpets. Stacy Johnson was the person who came out to do our carpets. He was on time and very personable. There was an issue with the stairs, but he came back and did them on his hands and knees. When I called about a redo they were very helpful and worked with the time frame I had.
