From the time I called till the cleaner left everything was great. The only thing is I received my invoice via email afterwards showing the breakdown of costs, I noticed I was charged for more stairs than I have. I called and left a message. I’ve since called back two more times with no information or call back. I understand this was the Friday after Thanksgiving, however, it has been a week now.
