I have used Zerorez for years and always been pleased with the job they do. Just recently they came to clean the carpets and we thought everything looked fine before they left but, later in the evening when the carpets had dried there were random spots of what looked like rusty water. I called the office the next day and they were able to send the technician back the following day. They re-cleaned the carpet and now it looks great. They said they would make it right and they did. That makes me a very happy customer!

I was very happy with the entire process, from calling to set up the appointment to when the job was done. I received a call the day before with the time they would show up and also received email reminders. When the technician arrived, he pre-treated areas that I showed him were more trafficked areas, did a very professional job and charged me exactly what I was quoted. Everyone couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating and the carpets look great. I have used Zerorez in the past and will continue to do so, especially during their sale offers.
