We had an enthusiastic guy do our carpets. He was efficient and kept going while here. He carefully brought in the equipment, got right to work, and then explained the drying process and answered all of our questions.

I loved my cleaning. Stacey was thorough and on time. What I have issue with is the funiture must be moved by me, or I would have to get some one and do it twice. Before the cleaning and after the cleaning. I am a senior-citzen and moving funiture at 79 is not a great idea for my body.
This is my only beef with your company. If someone could call I would love to find a solution to assist other seniors or people tjat may have my same situation.
