Vincent! Great technician. He explains the process in detail, shows the work being done during the cleaning so his customers see the difference and address any concerns then. I highly recommend Vincent for his respect, kindness and dedication to the job. As far as the product goes, I wish the company offered a no water service. It took a while for the thicker carpet to dry. The thicker padding seems to hold more water.

I liked it was easy to schedule. The technician was very friendly and thorough. I mean if I'm being honest I can't exactly tell if it really clean the carpets or not? They are rental level carpets and it was hard to tell. I know one spot in particular was still left behind. I wish it was able to pull up the furniture dents.

The technician was friendly, polite, and respectful. He carefully explained the process and what I should expect. The carpets looked brand new when done. The tamping down that happens from wear is completely gone. All the stains- it’s great. That and they dried fully within about 4 hours.
