The customer service is excellent! The scheduling is very accommodating/ flexible. I love that you don't saturate the carpet or use soapy materials. The carpet always looks and feels great after cleaning! The drying time is quick as well.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that extra charges were not mentioned to me over the phone call or at the time of booking the services online.

I didn't know there was an extra charge for "deep cleaning" areas. One would think everyone would want deep cleaning and that should be offered without having to charge extra?? But OK.

That would have been nice to have known upfront. In the end I paid $150 more than I was quoted online.

But overall a good experience.
