Zerorez cleaned my hotel's carpets and did a great job. I booked them to clean again three months later and wasn't as happy with the work. As soon as I let Zerorez know this, they sent another crew to redo the job no questions asked. This time they did an excellent job, and I am so pleased with the level high quality customer service I received.

The one thing that could have been handled better was that the technician was double booked, which caused him to be an hour past the time window given.

Someone should have called me to let me know of this delay being this was a Saturday, and this caused me to be in-house for 4 hours waiting for service versus the 3-hour window initially given.

The gentleman that came to clean our house carpet was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Alternatively, he did an excellent job and explained how to maintain the carpet.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Adam arrived early within the set time frame. We did the pre-service walk through and he explained the process. I like that he had flexibility to include some upholstery that was not initially included.
