I do not like your scheduling policy at all. Having to wait until the day before to find out approximately what time the technician will arrive is ridiculous. Every other company is able to at least give a window for arrival at the time the appointment is made or at least several days in advance.

I was concerned about walking on it to soon before it dried and he even gave me a pair of plastic booties to wear. Great service and job well done!

Easy to schedule appointments. The carpet cleaners show up dressed professionally, treat their customers with care, and most importantly they do a good job cleaning the carpets.
