I would highly recommend my service technician Christopher W. He was extremely thorough, professional, courteous, clean, and knowledgeable. He provided a complete explanation of the process (I had zero questions for him after his explanation) He even provided me with information post cleaning (letting me know that a certain faint oder might not be removed during the process, thankfully he was was able to remove the odor and stain). This technician was able to get 95% of the stains out of a 36 year old carpet. Way to go Christopher W. I was more impressed with the level of customer service provided by Christopher W. than I was the actual cleaning. This man knows his products, services, and is quick to learn his clients needs. I do hope your company provides corporate leadership training for enterprising young men such as Christopher W. he and your company would truly benefit with a leader and perfromer such as Christopher W amongst your corporate leadership team.

I have been using Zerorez for over 25 years and like the idea that you don't use
chemicals as children and animals spend most of their time on the floor.
I had a very nice young but I think he forgot to do between the rizers and especially
0n the very bottom. Don't worry I will still use you.

On time and friendly staff. Am disappointed that even small things weren’t moved so carpet could be cleaned. But all in all, like the how the carpets came out.
