Within the last week I had my air ducts cleaned and my carpets cleaned. The workers were very nice and cordial, my carpets look great and I have a lot less dust in my house.
Did tile floor cleaning. A mediocre job. Technician left a let of soap marks om the floor. Not a very good job for $392.
The service was excellent. The guy that came was professional and efficient.
The technician that came to our house was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was wonderful. The product did a good job at getting the carpets in three of our bedrooms fresh and clean. I also had my son's playroom couch cleaned and unfortunately I wish I wouldn't have spent the money on it. Even though I know it's been cleaned, it still looks the same/dirty. I would have cleaned it myself and put the money towards another space like the area rug in our living room. Lastly, I got the three room special, and after the technician left I saw a commercial advertising the same three room special with the fourth room free. I wish I would've been notified about the 4th room being free so I could have had another room cleaned.

I asked the Tech if it were possible to clean an 18" x 24 " carpet mat and was charged $35 which is the same price for a large bedroom of 20' x 24'... Just does not sit well.
Carpet didn’t come clean. Had to use other cleaners to get it clean.

A spot on my wall was damaged, I have called 2x and been told someone will repair it. It's been over a week with no arrangements made.
My carpet was not dry more than 24 hours after it was cleaned and areas that were clean were crunchy. Someone came out and re rinsed the carpet and it was dry in about 8 hours.

We had our carpets and tile cleaned by Mike Powers - once the tile was cleaned Mike sealed our grout. It turned out great.
We also had our outdoor kitchen travertine tile and grout cleaned and sealed.

ZeroRez did an incredible job! Our technician was so kind, thorough, and respectful. I felt very safe with him in my home. My carpets came out perfect, and the price was incredible! I would definitely use ZeroRez again!

There are still spots with dirty grout throughout our house. Carpet has a light streak that wasn’t there before. This isn’t the 2nd tech’s fault.
