Zerorez has been nothing but amazing in working with me! I had a very last minute need and they were able to accommodate me the next day. There was a small problem with the first cleaning but Zerorex immediately came back out, knew exactly what happened, and made my floors look amazing in no time! I love a company that says "we didn't do our best the first time and we will not only make it right, but we will make it more than right!" Everyone was so friendly - excellent customer service! Thank you Zerorez. I will be a lifelong customer!
