All is great
The process was great! Nathan Knight did a wonderful job! He was so thorough. Wow! My husband and I were both very impressed. He didn’t miss a spot. He took his time and made sure to tell us what he was doing throughout the process.
The bedrooms smelled so good after he was done. No chemical smell! Thank you ZeroRez for getting us in on a 24 hours notice and sending a wonderful technician! We really appreciate it!

Cat issue. The first time Zerorez came out, everything went well, until the deodorizer wore off and the cat smell came back. I appreciate that you came out for a second service. The second service was able to identify the issue and reserviced the room. Thank you for your efforts.

The young man that cleaned my chair and ottoman was very polite and friendly and did an excellent job.
The technician (Tyson) was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain what he was looking for and even provided a reference for our carpet that needed repairing.
I had to move my appointment 3 times due to family emergencies. The schedulers were more than understanding, which made those hard time a little bit easier.
