Excellent carpet cleaning by honest technicians, My wife and I have been trying to "hang on" replacing our carpet for years because we still have our two darling dogs who are quite elderly at this point. We have the everyday light beige carpet that has been used for many things (if you get the point) and was dirt ridden and stained in the usual traffic areas. We have had many other carpet cleaners come, work hard, and then leave without much improvement in the look of our carpet.

Our Zerorez carpet cleaning experience turned out to be quite the opposite. We had a very good technician (Tyson) who listened to our expectations and helped us understand what results we might get from the different options he had for us. No, he did not recommend the "most expensive" treatment given our individual situation. Still, he did the most fabulous job of cleaning the carpet we have ever seen in less than two hours and surpassed even the expectations he had thought possible. Spots gone, traffic area stains (black) only faintly visible, and fresh, clean carpet (several shades lighter) once again. Needless to say, we were very pleased! The dry time was shorter than we expected.

I would highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning and plan to use them exclusively from here on in..
