First and foremost, I like that no chemicals are used to clean my carpet. The technician was fast and efficient and got my carpet clean----even in the one area that was quite badly soiled.

Rugs are soft and not stiff after they dry.
Minor stain in carpet didn't come out. Was only there a week. Dog throw up. I don't think he spent enough wand time on that area, which was otherwise perfect and relatively new carpet. 1.5 yrs old
