Our technician did a wonderful job. We had so much built up dirt on our tile floors I had very low expectations for what could be accomplished. They look fantastic! Our carpets were done at the same time and I hardly recognize them now. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone I know.
I love how the carpet is clean and soft. Usually you have a crispy feel to the carpet , probably from the chemicals used on the carpet. ZeroRes cleaning leave the carpet almost fluffy and soft.

Pet stains in 2nd bedroom remain. A consult about the stains might have been warranted.
2 upholstered chairs I booked did not get done…..got the impression the tech was making excuses, and had no interest in cleaning them!
Vacuumed thoroughly before service with my Dyson…..and again when dry, and picked up a disturbing amount of dirt.
Carpet is one year old top of the line Stainmaster from Home Depot…..no kids, no pets!

No chemicals
The customer service was excellent. The chairs look really good.
They contacted us when they got a cancellation, so the job was done earlier than expected!!! Our carpet looks amazing, they were able to get out a stain that we just couldn't get rid of. It dried in no time. Very happy!!!
