End result of the tile cleaning was great. My grout looks so clean.
The technicians where friendly and professional
$2200 dollars to clean carpet is ridiculous.
Carpet was soaked in some areas and dry in other areas. I even had to whip up water on my new vinyl flooring next to the bedroom entry. The 7 ft. hall into bathroom walking area was wet in center and dry on both sides. I thought it may get lighter when it dried but it did not. Took over 24hrs to completely dry. The 2 walk in closets looked like the technician just reached in and went over the center and the rest was dry. I had removed everything on the floor. The 1/2 bath is small with enough room for one person to fit in and again only the center was touched. The family room is a 15 X 15 carpet and the dinnet is a 7 X 7 carpet, they do not go wall to wall, which were both charged as a room. The only notable foot traffic, stain in family room was in front of sofa and 1 recliner. The gentleman was friendly and trusting him, I did not inspect the job. I do not have animals. Had no spills and just foot traffic areas.
When he asked for the money I made a comment "are you done"? Technician was in and out in about 1 hr.

I love the way our carpets look after Zerorez. We also keep the zerorez water on hand to clean just about anything around. You will find your newly cleaned carpets stay clean longer since they clean without heavy chemicals!! Sincerely Teresa Hornig
Good communication between customer and company. Service Representative arrived punctually and was very courteous, professional and yet very friendly. Work performed was excellent.
The technician was very professional and friendly. He arrived right on time and did a great job. The carpet dried in about 4 hours (much faster than we expected) and feels great.
