The stains were not removed which is what we hear about from zero rez like new etc etc , they were not bad to start with but the stains we had are still there 9’rooms in a hour and half is nice but May also be why they are still here ……it’s not bad it’s just not any different than any other carpet cleaning company we have used

He had lots of useful recommendations that had nothing to do with just up selling me something I didn’t need. He did a great job and my floors look amazing! Easy to make an appointment, Technician arrived on time and is pleasant and knowledgeable and explains the options, Zerorez uses processes involving water and no harsh chemicals, the machines used are new and clean, and the grout cleaning was a complete success.
Tell people ahead of time about additional charges for a 2nd floor apartment job.
Have tried you guys twice now on two different properties and both times results have been less than desired. This last time they missed a whole bedroom.
