Customer service was amazing
You guys have always done the job the way it’s supposed to be done, we don’t use anyone else.
No attention to detail (lip of stairs) and strip of carpet that borders the bathroom was missed
Jeff Kraus did the work. He was pleasant and efficient. I found a little soil on the skirt of one of the chairs. It is basically unnoticeable. He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time.
Best way to have your carpets properly cleaned

I have been using Zerorez for years and have never been disappointed. On my most recent service date 5/5/23. David M. did a great job of cleaning our carpet - he was able to get up all the spots we had on our carpet. Our carpet looks great!

Easy to set up a time and confirm it. The staff is very professional and on time(actually early) and the check out is so quick! They take their time when needed(I needed a deep clean) and explain everything they do. Very happy!

Quality professionally dilivered service.
The young man was courteous, professional and worked fast. But, obviously had inadequate training, in my opinion. After spraying he finished two rooms in 9 minutes which seemed to me to be a little too quick. The carpets were left too wet and when I walked on the wet carpet the bottoms of my feet were sticky. When the carpets were dry they were stiff. Obviously, too much residue from the cleaning agent was left in the carpet.
You were praised by a former neighbor so I decided to give you a try. Big mistake. I thought, Zerorez meant "-0- residue." I guess I was mistaken. Well, now I know better. Don't bother to contact me as I don't want to have to remove all the furniture and other items to allow the carpet to be cleaned, again You can give me a refund to "make things right" and possibly learn from your mistake. I don't want you coming back.
Also, I don't blame the nice young man who did the service. I believe he was conscientious. I think this reflects on the management and supervisors, not him.
Louis was great. Work done quickly. There was very little disruption of my day. He did a wonderful job. Carpet is cleaner than it has been in years.
Very prompt regarding arrival time and individuals have always been very pleasant and take time to explain any questions I might have and then proceed with doing a good carpet cleaning job, I had Chris on my last carpet cleaning day and was very pleased with his work.
