This was the third time using their service. Every time has been exceptional. The technicians are friendly and professional, make proper suggestions without any pressure to purchase. I would highly recommend Zerorez versus any other cleaning company of it’s type. If a higher rating than 10 was available I would give it.
Great Tech and service
I like the convenience of the online scheduling. I have always had friendly and efficient technicians.
Our carpets smell and look clean without any residue.
They always do a great job, love your specials! On time nice employees.
Awesome!
The technician was fabulous! Thanks Skylar
Prompt with fair prices, friendly service, and a job well done.
The employee who cleaned my carpeting & family room rug was very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable in performing the carpet/rug cleaning. He did a great job in cleaning all of my dirt spots & I’m very happy with the work that he did.
Everything!
Outstanding service for the past 4 years. Each time they revived my 40 year old rug, and make it look elegant. Tom m
The representatives we have had have been knowledgeable and polite. I believe we have had them here about 3 times and have been pleased with their work each time.
very professional people who work there
great job
Carpets look great after cleaning. Employee is very professional and explains what is being done.
Their work is better than any other company we have had clean our carpets. Other companies left carpets that weren’t dry for a couple of days. Zerorez allowed us to move furniture back on the carpets in no more than eight hours. We’ve always been very pleased with their cleaning process and their employees.
Love the water!
All your employees are very respectful and take their time, not rushing to get the job done. Very pleased.
Friendly and knowledgeable
The service technician, Ceasar, was very helpful in deciding on the treatment. He was extremely courteous. I’ve used Zerorez several times and have always been pleased with the results.
Smells a little still the next day and took way longer to dry than told
Tech did a good job setting realistic expectations and was friendly and on time
Very efficient and did it in a timely fashion. My floors look great.
Cleaned well & very nice & informative, polite , good worker !
The staff! Mario was amazing! Friendly, polite...I can't say enough good things about him. I have always used Zerorez in my home and you all have never failed me. My carpets dry quickly without the "crunch" of dried soap residue. I love your product, but it is your staff that makes the difference!
The carpet is cleaner than I expected with all the food stains.
I was not told that the technician would need to cut into the air conditioning duct in order to hook up the Zerorez equipment. I have a brand new system and did not want it to be cut. I disclosed the fact that the system was new when I booked the appointment. The technician was able to use a vent in the family room to attach the equipment to to create the suction. I probably would not have booked the appointment had I known.
I also am sick of everything being an extra cost. I expected the system to be fully cleaned but only tubing connected to the air handler were included. Most of the rooms have vents that draw air in but aren't connected to the system. It is ridiculous that an additional charge of $50-$85 for each vent would be charged, along with exhaust fans in the bathroom and laundry room. For these reasons I probably would not recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.
Easy scheduling, great service reps
Lower your prices
Jeff was awesome. He cleaned my carpet better than any other technician.
I always get a good job from Zerorez. I like that there is no soap residue left behind, which always attracts MORE dirt.
And BTW, Damien (sp.?) did a fantastic job on my rugs. They look fantastic!
I recently used Zerorez of Phoenix for their 3-bedroom and hallway carpet cleaning special, and I'm beyond impressed! They did an awesome job—my carpets look and feel like new. The technician was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. The pricing is an amazing deal for the quality of service provided. Highly recommend!
The Crew called in advance and showed up on time. They walked us through the process and kept us informed throughout the duct cleaning process.
