Your product/service worked. Alan cleaned an off-whie carpeting that had not been cleaned in three and a half years. While the carpeting still had evidence of existing stains, the high traffic areas that were almost black amazingly turned white again. Your exervice exceeded my expectations. Alan was consciencious, hard working, proud of his employer, and cared about the service he rendered. He needs a raise!

My wife uses your Multi-Surface Cleaner weekly and loves it. We have used Zerorez on numerous occasions and have always been more than satisfied with the work and most impressed with your people--they are prompt, courteous and very knowledgable .

The fact that chemicals are not used. Some of my carpet was extremely dirty and it looks almost new.
I was able to get the appointment I wanted and the prices are very reasonable. The service was great! The carpet and tile look new again!

I enjoyed the fact that no harsh chemicals or soaps were used on my carpets and I didnt have the odd smell after the carpets were cleaned. Additionally, the Technician was very personable and knowledgable. Thouroughly enjoyed the experience.
