My carpet was so stained and old I thought I was going to have to replace it. I decided to get it cleaned after hearing your commercial on the radio. My carpet looks brand new after Mitchell Williams cleaned it. I cannot believe how good it looks.

Our service guy did a really good job of cleaning our carpets. It was a bit expensive, but very happy with the results.
Well let me first tell you I'm not one to complain.but after looking at the floors we had cleaned for two week I'm finely ready to leave feed back. The young man who did the work was very pleasant and I have no problem with him. His quality of work on the other hand is not so good.We had some areas of carpet that had heavy traffic lines and he was able to get most of it out but you can see right in the middle of the traffic line where he clean well and not so well.i think if he had been more careful he could have clean it all very well.Sorry to complain but your service is not cheep and I had high expectations.I think a redo on the traffic areas would be appropriate.
