My sofa did not have the dirt removed from the front of my couch. I felt that more explanation and testing of the hard areas could of been done. I think it was expensive for what was done. I am satisfied with the carpets thus far.

First of all your technician arrived promptly and was so very professionally groomed and dressed. I liked that. Secondly, he got right to work and was efficient. Thirdly, I was simply amazed by the cleaning results. This particular home was one I've rented for two years and when I moved in there were noticeable stains STILL in the carpet after having been cleaned. A year later I had them cleaned yet again and STILL there were visible stains. This time...ALL WAS GONE! Lucky new tenants have the benefit of ZEROREZ-ified carpets. I was sure to tell them and the property management company that they need to just use ZEROREZ from now on.

Carpet cleaning tech arrived early & was very knowledgeable about the cleaning process and took time to explain it. Tough traffic stains were removed to like new condition. The tech was very careful to not bump walls or overspray solution onto furniture. The cost was more than other carpet cleaning services however we got what we paid for.
Personnel very much on time, neat, and i liked the job they preformed.

My carpet was in horrible shape because of my darling animals, both cats and dogs. Ken Brooks was my technician and he did a really great job! It was a very tough job and he made the carpet look good.
Casey and Zerorez were very professional. They called the day before to remind us and they called again the day they were to arrive. Casey put protective corners so the main hose would not rub on the corners of my walls. He also gave use plastic covers for our shoes so as not to dirty the rugs while they were drying. The job was a little expensive but I believe we got a good job.
Customer service was excellent. The technician was helpful, cordial and did a great job. My carpet had never been this clean!

Our carpeting in our 5th wheel trailer looks good now, but has a very musty smell. I don't know how to get the smell out. I thought your product was better and I paid $454 to clean my unit. I deserve a 100 percent refund
There was a major change in the appearance of our carpets after cleaning. More so than with other cleaning companies. We also appreciated the advice of the technicians as to how we can mainatain this condition.
