My tile flooring looks amazing!! I like that the products used are chemical free. The service techs were friendly and really knew the product and process. They clearly believe in it as well.

Our carpets look amazing. We had some bad places and the dirtier places all came clean. Your prices are reasonable, in fact better than most places. I have had Zerorez once before and I was surprised at how long my carpet stayed clean.

Everyone I spoke with was so very friendly! I got an appointment within a couple days, and the carpets were thoroughly cleaned! I have no complaints about using ZeroRez, and will definitely call again when I need more cleaning done!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I've been hearing about how great zerorez is on the radio for years. I finally decided to hire you guys to clean my home prior to selling. I honestly have never been more disappointed in the results of carpet cleaning. Although our technician was very nice I honestly think the carpets look the same afterwards as they did before. Now after spending over $300 for your service I have to go and pay another company to come out and clean the carpets again. I'd really like a refund on the service I had done. The results were awful to put it kindly.
