Jim was very good about informing me about zerorez and overall did a good job.
My only concern is he did miss a area behind one of the bedroom doors.

I like that the carpet doesn't feel crunchy when you walk on it after it is cleaned. I also thought that Dylan, the technician that cleaned my carpets, was fantastic. He was very personable and let me know everything he was doing.

I was very impressed with the young man who cleaned my carpet, Joshua. When I call to use your company again, I'll ask for him. My carpet looks good but I can't get rid of the lines from the machine. Hope they go away after a few more vacuuming.

quick and clean
My carpets have a spotty appearance now. I assume they are clean, but they don't look like it. They look worse than before they were cleaned. The only thing I am happy about is he was able to remove a couple of stains in the back bedroom, and that cost me $50.00 extra. So, I spent over $300 bucks with you guys and no, I don't think I got what I paid for.
