Tech was great. Floors are great. Paid 250 ish for stairs and they have residue and the paint has rubbed off. Technician was very diligent in taking responsibility and finding a solution with stating I’ll receive a phonecall to schedule paint repairs. No call Messaged him several times and he always is apologetic and answers immediately. It’s been a week and there is nothing being done. Again Matthew the tech has been amazing so I think the ball has been dropped elsewhere. I will call the office today.

I didn’t like that my final cost was more than $100 than the estimate. The fact that I couldn’t substitute a rug for the 4th room made me angry, especially since it’s smaller than a bedroom. I probably will not be using your company in the future.
The gentleman who came to clean my carpet was knowledgeable and explained what I needed and the choices they had available.
I think this young gentleman was efficient, friendly and courteous about the condition he left my home when he was finished. I would recommend them.
It’s not that I was disappointed in the company. I was disappointed that my rug did not come clean. The technician was polite and did his job, but I would have been better off buying a new rug.
