The technician was very courteous, informative and answered all my questions. He wore a face mask the entire time he was in our home. He paid extra attention to an area where there were pet stains and gave me the "best" deal when I added a room & closet on the day he arrived. The carpets now look great and the rooms smell clean. I would use Zerorez again.

My Zerorez associate was very prompt and professional. I showed him the rooms and stairs that needed to be cleaned, and he asked good questions and then got right to work. At the end, he did a walk through of the spaces and opened up the windows so the carpet could begin drying right away. Really professional and courteous. I’d ask for him by name to clean our house again—thank you, Art!

To nit pick, the only thing that I didn't like was that the provider did not wear his face mask correctly. His nose was outside the mask and wanted to say something but didn't. Please provide instructions about how to correctly position the face mask.

Technician was polite, and professional and treated my property with respect. He confirm I was happy with the service he provided. I was however disappointed that I made it clear when I made my original appointment, I wanted to have my leather cleaned and I was told Zerorez would send one of their qualified leather technician and then the day before I got the bait and switch. Again, I was extremely satisfied with the service I did receive and I am a repeat customer. Darryl Carr

We loved our services with Zerorez. Our technician was so friendly and knowledgable about the services we were getting. We never felt like we were getting a hard sell on extra products we didn't need. Our carpets look so nice and smell so clean!

We look forward to getting our carpets cleaned with Zerorez every year from now on!

They allowed me to book rather last-minute during a very busy time of the year to accommodate a new move. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job and were able to work around house cleaners who were also in the home at the time. It was most appreciated. Cleaners were extremely friendly. My rugs look brand new! I would definitely recommend them anyone. Several of my friends and family also use them.
