I am very impressed by the technicians and the cleaning services. During the last cleaning, the technician noticed the carpet needed to be stretched in a small bedroom. They indicated Zerorez had staff who could do this, Great! I called immediately, got through the voice response system and was transferred to your commercial department. As the staff was not available, I left my name and contact number for this request. Unfortunately, as of today, one week since leaving a message, no one has contacted me to complete this work.
I went to another local vendor and received a prompt response and had the work done the same day.
Bottom line, love the cleaning services, but I will not utilize the other products or services with the lack of response to my urgent request.
