Our guy was great and recommended cleaning things I didn’t even think was dirty. So glad we got the carpets AND couch cleaned. Made a huge difference. He was also very friendly and fun to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about the products and thorough with the cleaning process. He gave us some tips on how to keep our basement from smelling. Super laid back and cool guy.
