Called on a Monday for a rush Wednesday project which Zerorez was able to accommodate. The technician was able to begin the project 2 hours earlier than anticipated and was very patient as we were still closing on a new home. He is an amazingly nice person and very knowledgeable about quality of carpets and area rugs being cleaned. Did a great job cleaning the carpets. LOVE that there are no chemicals being used.
