I like the idea of using cleaners that are less toxic to me and my family and pets. Also, the technicans that come are very friendly that knowledgeable, which makes me trust the advice and service they give.

However, I will say that the last service I had the technician had to roll a huge vaccuum into the house, and rolled it right over the carpet that was just cleaned, and left wheel marks after he left on the newly cleaned carpet. This was frustrating, as it seemed like I paid for a service that got done almost immediately. Granted the wheel marks were very light, but that's frustrating because I had a similar experience with a plumbing company where the technician had to roll in huge equipment to do his job and he covered the wheels to make sure the wheels themselves never touched my carpet, and only undid the coverings on the wheels when he reached the unfinished part of my basement. That is what I'd expect from a reputable place like Zerorez as well.

But overall my experience is always good, so I am very likely to return for more services!

The person doing my carpets was friendly and did a good job. However the pricing was confusing. I got a coupon in the mail after I had made an appointment and knew the cost.
I called Zerorez and told them of the coupon and they reduced the cost to what the coupon said. I asked if this was the total cost and he said yes. However when the person who did the carpets gave me the price it was back up to what the original price was without the coupon. Apparently the coupon was for 3 rooms only and did not include the hallway. So the person had reduced my price over the phone by $30 however my hallway was $35. The cost with the coupon did nothing. Very confusing.

I liked the service but was caught off guard with the possible upgrades. I did accept the bio treatment but had originally called Zero Rez based on the fact that there cleaning was with water only. Our technician, Alberto, was great.

Very satisfied with the job the tech did. Very knowledgeable and explained the procedures he would be doing. Very friendly and made sure he told us what needed to be done after the procedure in letting us know when we could return our furniture back to the rooms.
