The technician, Adam Neumann, who cleaned my carpets did an amazing job. He was very conscientious of my home and came prepared with a mask and foot covers. He also shifted furniture in a couple of places, and was kind to my pets (a very appreciated gesture). He provided quotes on my two area rugs and worked efficiently. My carpets looked great and my entire house smells fantastic. I would definitely recommend Zerorez, and especially Adam Neumann!

The whole process is professional. I appreciate the communication leading up to the appointment. It was helpful to have the technician (Chris) call when he was about 30 minutes out. I liked going over the space that is being cleaned prior to the start, and hearing expectations of what will likely come out and what will not. It is nice to have an idea of the cost ahead of time, and then to go over the actual cost before the work starts. No surprises!
