The products used did wonders to my carpet and left a nice clean smell when done! I’m kicking myself in the butt for not contacting zerorez right away when we moved into this house, instead I rented a rug doctor that was a complete waste of my time and money. Will definitely have them back out in a years time!

Zero Rez did a great job cleaning our carpets. I really appreciated their thorough communication by text and email. They gave an accurate bid for the job, and the technician called 20 minutes prior to his arrival and clearly communicated before, during, and after the cleaning. The carpets are clean and dried within one day, rather than soaking carpeting after other cleanings. The technician was careful with equipment to not bump wood trim on corners or other flooring.

The technician (Keith) called in the morning as he had a cancellation and inquired if we would want to have the cleaning service done earlier. I appreciated his call, as it actually worked better with our schedule. He was very professional and completed the job in the time he quoted. Our furniture looks like new. Very satisfied customer.
