Have had good experiences with the techs that have serviced our home. The water products seem sufficient and environmentally friendly. However, this time we had a coffee stain that we had tried to address on our own. The extra product that was applied has left that area feeling quite tacky. I’m guessing it will collect dust and show up again in just a few months.

Scheduling was easy. I was able to get help via Chat Support before I booked entirely online. A day before the scheduled appointment, I received an automated text message confirming my appointment. The day of the appointment, I received a phone call within the timeframe that I had scheduled and estimate of when the specialist would arrive. The service specialist arrived, explained all the details of the job, confirmed all the requirements and got it done within the timeframe he estimated. I'm very satisfied with the results and will absolutely contract their services again.

My wife thought the tech was tired and ours was late afternoon, plus very warm.
It did dry very nice at night with the AC turned on and could bring furniture back by
9:30 next day. Most of the spots that were indicated were taken care , entry from kitchen
was hard area. Since we had used the firm before, we were in your data base,
and the quote give was not the same. My goal file indicate the amount charged.
It is hard times with covid-19 and was very good with mask and distance.
