Reginald is a fantastic employee! He was professional and friendly and did a great job cleaning the carpets. I have been using ZeroRes for several years, and I wasn't happy with the previous cleaning - that cleaner left the carpets unusually wet. I mentioned this to Reginald and he cleaned them up to ZeroRez's high standards. I was very happy with the results.

The level of knowledge that Dustin has as an HVAC certified technician comes through. Respectful of keeping the house clean As they go and wearing protective covering during COVID.
One thing to note:
We had one mishap where there was a ding on a doorway due to the size of equipment. I noticed it but would prefer the team pointing it out instead of me. They did offer a discount but I didn’t need it. I would prefer honesty of a mishap that does occur with large equipment being moved in and out of the house and that way homeowners know there is integrity in the company when mishaps occur.
The service guy Chris was very professional and did an amazing job at getting my carpet cleaned! Chris did an excellent job at explaining the process and was upfront and honest about what could and could not be done for the "colorful" stains in my girls playroom!

The two techs that came to our home to originally clean our vents were friendly, courteous and clean. What was really beneficial was they listened to our concerns, recommended a different approach and implemented the alternate solution. They were consultative instead of just worker bees. We are delighted!
