The Zerorez Technician arrived early, was very courteous, worked quickly but effectively, and was able to lift several stubborn carpet stains. This is the second year in a row I've had Zerorez in my home to clean carpets and they have not disappointed. My only criticism: You will pay more than whatever advertised cleaning promotional price Zerorez is advertising at the time. For example: There is a standard $15.00 waste disposal fee that is not included in the advertisedprice. And, I was attempting to use the "3 rooms for $139.00" promotion. I was hoping to clean 2 rooms and a hallway for that price. My rooms were a little larger than the maximum of 225 square feet per room size, but I felt the areas I had fell within the 3 room promotion. Long story short, I paid more than what was advertised.

I am always satisfied with the services provided.
