The service person was excellent. He was fast and did a great job and answered my questions. The carpets appear to be clean. Zerorez doesn't leave a residue.

Very easy to schedule a cleaning. The person who came out to our house to do the cleaning was very through and knowledgeable answered all our questions. He was professional and polite. We were scheduled for service from 12-3 and he actually got us in earlier. The house had a fresh clean smell when he finished. The drying time was fast.

Very happy. We had our couch and loveseat cleaned and it was brought back to brand new. We also had our heavy traffic areas of our carpet cleaned, very impressed. The gentleman who did it was very nice and professional.

I like the water they use for cleaning the carpets. It is not a gimmick. It truly cleans better and because there is less residue left in the carpet, the carpets stay cleaner longer.
