We rented a Rug Doctor to clean a rental condo after having renters for 2 1/2 years. We were planning to sell the unit. We thought it looked pretty good. The buyer didn't see what we did and asked us to have the carpet professionally cleaned. Zerorez was recommended by our Realtor. WOW! My husband and I both noticed a significant difference in how the carpet looked. Not sure how you do it, but we will definitely keep you in mind when it comes to cleaning the carpet in our own home.

The service tech Micah C was very polite and professional. He used a runner to protect my floors by the door he worked from. He also put on footies to protect my carpet while he cleaned. When my wood floors got a little wet he wiped them off right away. I appreciate a hard working Tech like Micah. This was my first time using Zerorez. I would definitely use Zerorez again !!

Our carpet looks the best it can look. Even though it is just 3 years old, our elderly dog has caused some trouble. Nathan was able to get our carpet thoroughly clean and almost all of the stains out of it. He came back 3 weeks later and , free of charge, gave it one more try. No pet odor and we know how clean the carpet is. Nathan is the most professional person to come to our home! Her wore foot covers and a face mask constantly. What a great experience we had.
