Always receive prompt and timely service. The technicians are always friendly and competent. Our carpets are old, but they always come out looking like new after being cleaned. We had several areas cleaned this time and it only took him an hour. Lots of hard work in that amount of time. Also appreciate how quickly the carpets dry. Less than 24 hours later the carpets were all dry.
